Cascading Picklist

Hi All,

We are facing problem for cascading pick list limitation.We need cascading picklist for Account Location(Country and City) on Account detailed page.
Now We have approximately 2100000 citys,That can not be accommodated in a cascading pick list.Is there any way of doing that,I mean we will select Country,And in City drop-down only respective city's will be displayed?
