Using OSM Web Client on Mobile Devices

We need to show a Worklist Web Client through a Mobile Device, to allow technical roles to capture the equipment's serial number and mac address as part of the provisioning process, but we don't know if it's possible to render the Manual Task in Worklist viewer in a Mobile Device.
