PDF open issue

HI,
We are doing an upgrade of tools 89848 to  9131. Upgraded for DV/PY

There is one custom report with 14 Nos versions. The reports are working fine in PD which is in 89848 tools.

The reports are completing successfully in DV/PY also but when we are trying to open the PDF from web client its showing that the PDF is courrupt and cannot be fixed.

Even when downloaded to local machine and trying to open the pdf same error is there. This has been tested with IE and chrome browsers

This is not happening when we are running the reports in FAT client locally the PDF output is perfect.
