What is the use case for the vmnic_ib network adapters in ESXi 5.1?  
If i wanted to create a "backup network" between our physical server w/Xsigo and our VM environment, can i leverage the vmnic_ib adapters in ESX and the equivalent on our physical host running Windows and Xsigo HCA?

Also, when will drivers be available for Windows 2012.  Thanks.
