Discoverer 11g (11.1.1.6) exporting to excel

hi,

I am using excel 2010 and it support 1M records but while from discoverer plus when i am exporting to excel as the option the data i am having is 200K but while exporintg it is creating multiple sheet with each sheet a max data of 65535 rows, how to overcome this limitation i even tired to export the data as csv which can be open in excel but unfortunately the arabic is comming as junk while opening file as .csv, but when the same file open in note pad is showing correct arabic,
