EAM Shift Handling for PM. Error - No shifts defined for resource

Hi,

I'm trying to use the shift option for resources in EAM, had always used the 24 hours available. It errors as: Error - No shifts defined for resource when creating a work order.

Kindly explain why this problem, what could be wrong in the setup?

If someone can provide me with some docoument on setting up shifts, will be helpful. Thanks!

We are still in version 11.5.10
