R03B551 not calling R03B50

Hi,

While running R03B551 it is not calling R03B50, I have verfied the set up and it is done as per Document 1458481.1.

But Still R03B551 is not calling R03B50, When I run R03B50 standalone it gives error message "Receipts not set up correctly"

It will of great help if anybody can provide inputs on this.
