Table borders and column values are not getting displayed

Hi ,
I've created a rtf template for packing slip report where we display the serial number and lot number information. Please see the attached document.

My issue is when I'm adding another row in table to display lot information the next column values and borders are getting invisible.

I'm new to XMLP and would appreciate any help whatsoever I can receive on this.
