When the users receives the email notification from BI Publisher, for some reports size is extensive

 Hi All,              When the users receives the email notification from BI Publisher, for some reports size is extensively large(say 10MB) . But when they save the same in their system size became reduced (say  600kb). we are on 11.1.1.6.0 version .  can some one let me know if this is the knowing behaviour of bipublisher?
