"value set ZX_TRL_BALANCING_SEG has an incorrect validation type" when launching report Tax Reconcil

I get the following message when launching report Tax Reconciliation by Taxable Account Report and trying to fill in the Account from parameter:

"The data that defines the flexfield on this field may be inconsistent. Please inform your system administrator that the value set ZX_TRL_BALANCING_SEG has an incorrect validation type (U). "
Any clue on what is happening?
