Oracle Multimedia Invalid after Upgarde 11.2.0.3.0

Hi all,
Recently I have upgraded an Oracle database from 10.2.0.5.0 to 11.2.0.3.0 on Windows 2008R2 server.

After the migration I have the following components in Invalid state:

  • Oracle Multimedia - Invalid
  • Oracle Rules Manager - Invalid

I have tried to de-install and reinstall Oracle Multimedia but the errors are the same.

The errors after the migration are the following:

Oracle Server

Error ignored: ORA-31050: Access denied
Error ignored: ORA-01704: string literal too long
Error ignored: ORA-31050: Access denied ORA-06512: at "ORDSYS.ORD_DICOM_ADMIN_PRV", line 6306 ORA-06512: at "ORDSYS.ORD_DICOM_ADMIN", line 125 ORA-06512: at line 67
Error ignored: ORA-31050: Access denied ORA-06512: at "ORDSYS.ORD_DICOM_ADMIN_PRV", line 6306 ORA-06512: at "ORDSYS.ORD_DICOM_ADMIN", line 125 ORA-06512: at line 41
