FND_TERRITORIES countries missing on 11.5.9
My customer is on 11.5.9, and it's getting the following error with Orders:
Error message: error: O2C-CUS-107 : Customer creation failed in E-Biz.Unexpected Error: Column country must have a value.
countries are listed:
Russia
Congo The Democratic Republic
Saint Martin
I found Bug 6522313 : FND_TERRITORIES COUNTRIES MISSING (BL, MF)
PROBLEM STATEMENT:

Not able to find Saint Barthelemy BL, or Saint Martin MF in
FND_TERRITORIES. These two new countries were added 9/2007.
Bug 6522313 is obsolete and it's superseeded by 11i.ATG_PF.H.delta.7 (RUP7) (6241631).

existing Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11.5.10.2 (11.5.10 CU2) system.
