How to delete contract lines when contract Status= Active and Negotiation Status=Complete?

Hello Experts,We are implementing Oracle Service Contracts without integration with Order Management and Installed Base Oracle R12 12.0.6.

Situation:
User entered the contract and submitted for Approval.
Contract is approved by the approver.
Upon approval contract Status changed to Active and Negotiation Status changed to Complete.

During billing - another user identify that 3 lines in the contract are not correct  and must be deleted.

Open the contract for update with intention to delete unwanted lines. But there is no option to delete line, delete functions are disabled.

How can I delete such lines?
Please help!
