JDE HR Hard-coded Supplemental Data Types

I just realized, following a technical-driven search within JDE objects (N********, P**********, R*********) that in many objects, a Supplemental Database (SDB) and a Supplemental Data Type (TYDT) value are hard-coded in programs when nothing in JDE HCM Reference manuals informs about any such "reserved" datatype (TYDT) usage, which could lead a client to develop a given Data Type of their choice for a specific purpose when in fact, an existing JDE program has that TYDT value already used by some standard JDE programs and therefore might get into a conflict one day or another.
