Populate an email from Narrative report

Users are supposed to create an account and when they click save, it sends them an email to be forwarded to a team with some attachments.

Now the requirement is for this email to be in all CAPS. The users do not want validation to throw an error but do it automatically on the fly before sending out the email.

Expression builder does not support UPPER functionality. 

As an alternative, we allow them to save as is and then have a web link to a report with all the fields populated after conversion to upper.
