12.1.1 Patch driver taking long time to execute script xlaaxuar.sql

Hi,
Apps 11.5.10.2

Upgrading to R12.1.1

 xlaaxuar.sql  script which took long time to run during upgrade process when we are applying 12.1.1 Patch driver file 

The Patch has completed now but we have next run scheduled soon and we want to identify all the long running sql's and need to identify the root cause.

Please help us to identify the issue and suggest a fix for the the long running sql to perform better in next iterations.
