Is it possible to switch between Oracle Projects task_name and long_task_name in forms

In any of the Oracle forms where task_name is displayed, is it possible to display the long_task_name instead?  We are hoping that there is a way to do this globally within EBS.  We are trying to use the long_task_name to include more descriptive information about the task and the 20 max length for task_name field is not enough.  Thanks,
