Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Receipt Error in Receipt Settlement R12.3.1

Has anyone seen this error in Funds Capture Manager after receipt was authorized? Currently on 12.3.1 We currently use Paypal as our processor.

"The receipt was successfully authorized but not sits in settlements with an error of Failed - Internal Validation"
