Creating an Expense Report

THe Business Community created an expense report template using an existing expense report template.  I can see the template and can report on it but it won't show in the LOV

in the IExpense Module.  What did we do wrong???? Bigger question can you actually take an existing template and just change the ORG and the Name and use it for something else.

This has to have something to do with the Org - we have never created an expense report for this Org before.  All is well when we use the standard Org but not this new one.
