PO_LINE_LOCATIONS_ALL.UNIT_MEAS_LOOKUP_CODE NOT FILLED

Dear All

I have read the following information

bug 5217150: PLL.UNIT_MEAS_LOOKUP_CODE GET NULL WHEN RELASING FROM RELEASE FORM
Bug 5683450 - FP:11I10-12.0 :POXPOERL : PO_LINE_LOCATIONS_ALL.UNIT_MEAS_LOOKUP_CODE NOT FILLED

However I just have few transaction that does not have UNIT_MEAS_LOOKUP_CODE  in the po_line_location table.

Therefore I was wondering if you can give me any idea about this issue or I was wondering how that field is filled.
