Auto Release Approval Question

Hi Experts

Hope you all are doing well..!!

Can you please tell me below two statements are true or not with any metalink note id.

Statement 1- If PO(BPA Release) is having two different Items one is set for "Automatic Release" and other Item is set as either of "Automatic Release/Review" then it will create a BPA Release but it will not auto approve the BPA Release. We need to manually approve the BPA Release?
