Can I install Eclipse IDE after installed WLS ?

Hi all,

   I installed WLS version 11g (update 7) and did not install Eclipse IDE tool. But now, can I install only Eclipse IDE tool or remove WLS and reinstall ? (I downloaded wls package with eclipse bundled).
