Hi,
Does R12.TXK.B.delta.3  8919489  supercede R12.TXK.A.delta.7 9386653
    
While following interoperability patch notes: Interoperability Notes EBS 12.0 and 12.1 with Database 11gR2 [ID 1058763.1]

It calls to Apply Patch 12686610 (for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.0 and 12.1).

Readme for  12686610 calls for pre-req 9386653.  Do I need to install 9386653 if 8919489 has already been met with upgrade patches 9239089 and 9239090?

9386653 does not show up when I query table ad_bugs, although 8919489 shows up.
