Question on certification information about BIP and BIP desktop

Hi Experts

May I confirm something with you about the certification for BIP and BIP desktop with Win7/WinVista?

1.Is BIP desktop 10.1.3.4.1 certified with Win7 and WinVista?

Base on the following document,It seems BIP desktop 10.1.3.4.1 is not certified with Win7 ,but certified with WinVista

NOTE:The only three BI Publisher Desktop versions that can be consistency installed on Windows 7 are:
10.1.3.4.2, 11.1.1.5 and 11.1.1.6
