National Idenfier Validation

Dear All

Good Day.

We have national identifier validation in Oracle. If we set "HR: NI Unique Error or Warning" profile option to "Error", we get the message like "This ID Number Already Exists". Customer wants to know if this ID Number exists as another employee, ex-employee or contingent worker or contact...

Is there any way to achieve this functionality? Please advise.
