Error: The external bank account already exists when updating Supplier Banking details

 Hi,
We are facing the below error when updating the Banking Details for the supplier,

Error:    The external bank account already exists

I have checked in IBY_EXT_BANK_ACCOUNTS table there is one record for the account which we are trying to update for the supplier.

Any help is much appreciated.
