How to replace custom workflow with standard Workflow(WIP: Shipping & Receiving Intermediate)

Hi,

As per business requirement we have done workflow customization to send notification to buyer associated with Assembly Item instead of sending notification to buyer associated with OSP Item(Standard Functionality).But we didn't find any specific setup to replace custom wokflow with standard workflow.Can you please let us know how to handle custom workflow for “WIP: Shipping & Receiving Intermediate”.
