Redirection of Bounce Backs to Contact Owners Via Workflow Campaig Conditions

Can any one please supply the correct conditinal process fields / steps and stages in an ODM Workflow Campaign to ensure that when ODM identifies the "Bounce Back that it is forwarded automatically to the " Contact Owner" during each step of the Workflow Campaign.(new to ODM) Many thanks.Robin.
