Depreciation error Apl.-OFA-47670: Error: not posible to validate the depreciation period

Hello, I am on R12.1.3. We have migrated from 11i last year.

I have run depreciation for a specific period and  the concurrent finished with error:

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in fadccs
Cause: fadccs failed due to ORA-01403: no data found
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file .
APP-OFA-47670: Error: Unable to validate depreciation period
Cause: You have a database problem.
Action: Contact your system administrator.
Error: function fadccs returned failure (called from FADEPR)

According metalink note number 1460268.1 I have to setup a new book, because of the follwing:

There is a mismatch between the FA_BOOK_CONTROLS and FA_DEPRN_PERIODS tables concerning when the book was actually setup.
