Can we merge claims?

Hello,
Is there a way to merge claims?  We are creating claims via 2 different EDI processes and in some cases, the claims may be the same.

We would like to be able to merge these claims so that whatever attachments/notes/comments that exist in one can we merged into the other.

Is merging claims available functionality in 12.1.3?
