Receiving Error - rvtptcontrol failed RVTTH-010 Subroutine rvtthins () Return Error

Hello Gurus,

we are now on Oracle Release R12, and we are getting the attached error message. I was wondering if other people got this error message in R12 and what could be done to prevent it.

This error seems to be intermittent.

See attached scree Shot.
