Certification information about BI Publisher 10g

Hi
I want to know the certification information about BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.0, 10.1.3.4.1, 10.1.3.4.2.
 
As below, the 3 visions are use the same Certification Information file:

It's for 10g Release 3 (10.1.3.4.1) only.
 
I want to know which is correct? The content is different.
Before we are be told the OTN is correct, but it seems not have a direct link to the Certification Matrix for 10.1.3.4.1.
