RCV: Processing Mode - Batch
Hope you all are doing well..
In our instance, we set the profile option "RCV: Processing Mode" at Site as well as user level but all are set either "IMMEDIATE" or "ONLINE".
But in "Transaction Status Summary" form we are getting lot many transactions which stuck and error out. All these stuck transactions are having a "Batch" processing mode.
TRANSACTION_TYPE =SHIPPROCESSING_MODE_CODE=BATCHTRANSACTION_STATUS_CODE=PENDINGPROCESSING_STATUS_CODE=ERRORI am not sure from where these Batch records came. Also the stuck record frequency increasing day by day and also with no error message.
