No Dues Approval from department heads?

 

Our requirement is, When Employee Exit (termination) process starts, his Notice period is 45 days and before he is terminated and he gets his Relieving letter and Experience letter , Employee need to fill No Dues form and all Department heads need to sign that form as a approval that employees does not have any outstanding dues in their respective department. Once he gets approval from all departments then HR will process final exit process.

Is this process available in JDE, if not, what will be the workaround for that?
