PYLOAD.exe keeps failing on worker 1

Good Morning,

I am looking for some assistance while applying hrglobal.drv

I keep getting PYLOAD.exe file failed on worker1

No matter now many times i tell the worker to restart the failed job it fails again and again (done in adctrl, option2)

I've even restarted the workorder (adctrl, option 4) with the same outcome.

Any assistance or advice would be much appreciated.
