Contingent worker as requester in PO distributions

 Hi All, 
I am trying to enter a contingent worker in the purchase order distributions but I am unable to find the contingent worker's name in the LOV. 

Does anyone know the reason why contingent workers are not searchable as a requester in the distributions?

I am using release 12.1.3 and the form is POXPOEPO.
