Unable to enter Quality plan

Hi all ,

I am facing an error while entering quality result. Initially it was working fine . I am getting the error message  I  am getting the same error even while viewing quality plan or trying to enter a quality a plan from. This is happening for work order screen as well as from view quality plan from asset work bench.

This function is not allowed for this user.
