Upgrade of RPAS from 13.2.3.44 to 13.4.1 causes error when running PreGenerateForecast for RDF

Hi,
We have upgraded the RPAS from 13.2.3.44 to 13.4.1 for an RDF domain; using the convertDomain utility (of RPAS 13.4.1) and then upgradeDomain followed by a patch install. We maintained the same RDF configuration (from 13.2.3.20) and resources files (plugins).

When we run the PreGenerateForecast utility we get an error:
