Sales Order--> Tax need to Apply on List Price

Hi Guys,   We are currently using discount setup on Sales Order (Order Management). Currently the system applies tax on the extended price (which is calculated after deducting discount).

Now we need to apply tax on list price instead of Extended price (see attached doc for details)
