Accounting in Property manager

Dear All,

I have read the documentation of property manager but was not able to understand when Accrued Asset and Accrued Liability is being account for. Is it related with any sort of prebilling or prepayment?

I will be greatful if any one of u can provide me the main usage of the above mentioned accounts.
