processes failing to start

Hi community, I need your assistance, i have clone an env all went 100% or so i thought . I have an issue when running  adstrtal.sh

all components start except for :

adapcctl.sh
adoacorectl.sh 
adformsctl.sh 
adoafmctl.sh
adopmnctl.sh

exit status code 2

autoconfig on both apps and dbtier complete successfully.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
