How to check the bugs in workflow

Hi imy problem is I need to cancel theBlanket PO# 6309642,i raise a sr for datafix with oracle they suggest

Kindly refer this Note 134960.1 < Running WFSTATUS and WFRETRY For Oracle Purchasing Workflows > and run the wfstatus.sql for any 2 problematic POs

plz guide me how can i run the work flow  Running for WFSTATUS and WFRETRY For Oracle Purchasing Workflows  and also nee to run the wfstatus.sql for any 2 problematic POs
