PO summary header Matched Amount does not correspond to result of query from note 1351928.1

Hi,
Note 1351928.1 gives details of how the Matched Amount on the PO Summary Header is calculated. Yet when I run that query, I get a different amount from what the application is showing me in form POXPOVPO - Version : 12.0.26.12010000.8.  Is that note correct for this version of POXPOVPO?
