Sourcing DFF - does not appear after RFQ is published

 Hi All,
I've made a DFF on the sourcing RFQ (PON Auction Headers (Internal)).
Whenever the RFQ is published I can't see it. Anyway to figure this out?

The DFF is as following:

Context: Tender/Direct
Context Values:
1- Direct
2- Tender

Please note that it appears when entering the RFQ.
