How to find Tax jurisdiction...

Hi,
Please help to find tax jurisction for project.

Issue discription:
1) Projects prepared.
2) Ran PRC: Interface invoice to receivables.
3) Ran: Autoinvoice import program.
4) Error: please complete your tax accounting flex field
5) Due to non availability of tax details at specific Tax accounts at Tax jurisdiction level.
