Sales Orders Backorder

hello

Currently when a sales order is raised its possible for the user to enter a quantity under the "ship quantity" and EDI the order even though the ship quantity exceeds quantity available on jde, in one example there was zero stock.

How do i cause the sales order to red error rather than warning message if quantity exceeds available, i checked the branch plant constants but this doesnt allow me to do this.
