Multiperiod Functionality in FAH

Can someone help me to understand how can I use MPA functionality for legacy systems.I have used all the three componant like MPA start date, MPA option & MPA end date.
Still Create Multiperiod accounting program is not running successfully.

Would like to know what all are the setup steps from scratch.
