How to define a LOV depend on another one

Dear all,
I have a webadi requirement, there are two columns "vendor" and "vendor site", I defined a LOV for "vendor" using "Table validation", then I want to defined another LOV  for "vendor site", "vendor site" have to depend on "vendor" value, how can I defined it ?
