Activating Single sign-on and restricted to respective user only on EBS R12.0.6

Good Morning Every one..!

We are having EBS environment with R12.0.6 and 11.2.0.3 Database,

We have total of arount 10K user in EBS,

Can anybody suggest how to activate Single sign-on, So that each EBS user should able to sign-on one time only,

Requirement:

User should not be able to login second session, If user already login in another session.

So each user should access only one session at a time in EBS environment.

Please give some suggestions.
