Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. This Patch delivers the functionality for FISAP reporting along with the resolution to one additional bug:

Bug 16829051 REPORTING OF ACADEMIC YEAR AND LOAN PERIOD TO COD FOR DIRECT LOANS

This patch will also be included in the upcoming CS 9 Bundle #30
